Team US defeated Team Canada on Saturday by a score of 5-2 in Muskegon, Michigan. Goalscorers for USA were ex Lancers Joey Tavernese  with 2 goals, San Diego Socker Matt Clare, Ontario Fury Israel Sesay and local Muskegon Riser player Aldony Mendez. Lancer Jake Schindler took part in the game, leading the defense that only allowed 2 goals. 

This was the first meeting between the 2 countries on US soil. The game was co-hosted with the Muskegon Risers, who play in Major Arena Soccer League 2. 

The American Association of Soccer 567 (AAS567) organized the match.

The American Association of Soccer 567 (AAS567) was founded to support and oversee all soccer with 5, 6 or 7 players a side. It serves as the governing body and is responsible for promoting and directly supervising the sport of Minifootball in the United States. The AAS567 is a proud member of the Pan-American Minifootball Federation (PAMF) and World Minifootball Federation (WMF).
