The Rochester Lancers will be holding the annual combine for their NPSL and UWS teams this December at their Official Training Grounds, Glacier Ridge Sports Park.
Glacier Ridge Sports Park is located at 4618 Ridge Rd W, Spencerport, NY 14559
The Men's team will be training on Saturday December 30th 9 am to 11 am, with a 2 hour break from 11 am to 1 pm, then 2nd session from 1 pm to 3 pm.
The Lady's team will be training on Saturday December 30th from 11 am to 1 pm with a 2 hour break from 1 pm to 3 pm, then 2nd session from 3 pm to 5 pm.
