The Rochester Lady Lancers moved into first place in the UWS East Conference with a 2-0 win over the New York Surf today.
Brooke Barbuto scored 2 first half goals to lift her tally to 6 on the season. Taylor Wingerden provided 1 assist.
Kenna Kosinski made 7 saves for her first shutout of the year.
The Lancers improve to 3-1-2, winning both games this weekend.
This is the Lady Lancers first shutout of the year.
The New York Surf dropped to 1-4-2.
The Lancers are back at home Sunday June 17th at 2:00 pm at Marina Auto Stadium vs New Jersey Copa FC.
