ROCHESTER, N.Y. (February 1, 2020) -- Two teams that dropped Major Arena Soccer League games on Friday nightwill get an opportunity to rebound a day later.

The Rochester Lancers will host the St. Louis Ambush at the Dome Arena in Henrietta, N.Y. with a Saturday 7 p.m. kick off.

The Ambush (6-8) was edged by host Utica City FC, 4-3, while the Lancers (0-12) fell to the Baltimore Blast (8-6) at home, 9-1.

Anthony Rozzano scored his team-high sixth goal of the season. He is tied with rookie Matt D'Amico with a team-best five assists. Jeremy Ortiz has recorded four goals, followed by Diego Mayanga, Rafa Godoi, Gary Cunningham and Michael Cunningham with three goals each.

The Lancers and Ambush haven't played since the 2014-15 season.

On Friday night, the Ambush dug itself a 3-1 hole in Utica, before making it interesting. JT Thomas, Stefan St. Louis and Ricardo De Queiroz Diegues found the net for St. Louis. Former Rochester Rhino Tony Walls assisted on the final goal.

Walls and Thomas lead the Ambush with 15 goals apiece, while Duduca Carvalho has contributed 12.

Tickets for Saturday's game are available at RLancers.com or can be purchased at the Dome Arena box office as well.After this weekend, the Lancers hit the road for matches at the Blast and Utica on Feb. 8 and 9, respectively before visiting the Florida Tropics on Feb. 15. They return home at the Dome Arena to host both teams the next week, facing Utica on Feb. 21 and Baltimore on Feb. 22.

The Major Arena Soccer League represents the highest level of professional arena soccer in the world. The MASL features teams across North America, with teams playing coast-to-coast in the United States, Canada and Mexico. The MASL is currently incorporated as a 501(c)6 not for profit corporation formed to promote the business and sport of arena soccer.
